1. Who we are

MTTrack.com is a personal site that lets you track your participation in poker tournaments in Las Vegas. It is run by an individual, on a non-commercial basis, and is not affiliated with any casino or poker operator.

2. Data we collect

When you sign in with Google or with Apple, we collect only:

• Your email address (or the private relay address Apple provides if you choose to hide it)
• Your public name
• Your avatar (profile picture), when provided by Google
• A unique identifier (UUID) generated by Supabase for your account

No financial, banking, or identity-document information is ever requested or stored.

3. Data you enter yourself

When you log a tournament you played, you may enter: the number of bullets, your cashout in USD, your final position, and a free-form note. This data stays private by default and is only visible to you in your dashboard.

If you enable your public profile in settings, your aggregated statistics (profit, ROI, ITM%, number of tournaments), along with your username and avatar, become visible on your public profile page (mttrack.com/u/your-username). Individual tournament details and your notes always remain private.

4. How we use your data

Your data is used only to run the site: to identify you, display your dashboard, compute your statistics, and — if you choose — include you on the public leaderboard. It is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Hosting and processors

The database and authentication are handled by Supabase. Application hosting is provided on a private server managed by the site administrator. Google sign-in is handled by Google OAuth 2.0, and Apple sign-in by Sign in with Apple.

6. Cookies

MTTrack.com uses technical cookies required for your authentication session (Supabase cookies). We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, which may set advertising cookies through Google in order to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information.

7. Your rights

At any time, you can:

• Access your data from your dashboard
• Edit your profile on the Settings page
• Disable your public profile at any time
• Delete your account and all your data at any time from the Settings page ("Delete my account") — deletion is immediate and irreversible
• Alternatively, request full deletion of your account and all your data by email
